We’re a self-funded startup looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of full-time experience to help take our product and services to a stable, secure, production-ready level.
You’ll work mainly on deployment, infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, security, databases, and production reliability, while collaborating with backend/full-stack developers when needed.
Key responsibilities:
Deploy and manage application services
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible
Manage Cloudflare, Hostinger, databases, server security and access
Set up monitoring using Grafana and Prometheus
Troubleshoot production issues, deployment failures and infrastructure bugs
Improve performance, reliability, backups, logging and security
Occasionally support backend/full-stack tasks with the development team
Preferred experience:
3+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure
Strong hands-on AWS and Linux experience
Docker and Kubernetes
GitHub Actions / CI/CD
Terraform / Ansible
Grafana / Prometheus
Database and server management
Cloudflare and production security
Startup experience is a strong plus
Role: Full-time, Fully Remote
Salary: ₹30,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and technical capability.
We are currently a self-funded startup. As the company grows, raises funding, or achieves stronger traction, compensation may be reviewed based on performance, ownership, and responsibilities, with the possibility of future ESOPs for strong long-term contributors.
